I've found a really nice apartment in Central Portugal which I thought was a T2. Now in fact I realise it is registered as a T0 with two walls to be erected on completion of deal. The appartment interior is 79m2 and a further terrace of 14m2 which appears an average size for a new build T2. I am worryied about the resale value as it will always be registered as a T0.
Has anyone come across this before for a T0 upgraded to a T2. I've heard of a t1 +1 but is this stretching it.
