Failure to display and failure to produce

Hi I had a valid nct cert (disc missing from window dont know what happened stolen, mislaid)

I also had valid insurance and disc.

The summons is for failure to produce. How much is the fine, will it be thrown out.

It's not clear what you were displaying/produced:

NCT: no
Insurance: not clear
Tax: not clear
Drivers Licence: not clear

Did you not comply with the Gardai when they gave you whatever time to produce the relevant documents? I don't know how much the fine will be but I wouldn't expect it will be "thrown out" as simple as that, especially if you didn't bother heeding them.
