External insulation with wastewater drain

Hi all,

I'm considering getting external insulation.

One side of the house has a wastewater drain attached to the side like such (bathroom and kitchen are connected to it):



Is it possible to get external insulation "wrap" with this drain present or does that mean I'd instead have to go down the route of internal wall lining?
If it's possible what do contractors normally do with this drain present?

Most houses have similar drains pipes and no issue with ewi by using extensions and moving the gullys etc. Though, having said that I've come across some horrendous jobs by cowboys where the drain pipes / gullys were not moved.
