externall insulation on a cavity wall
Hi,

I know this post was appeard here b4 but I would like to get an opinion of some specialist. Is it good idea to instal external system on cavity wall or the heat will be ventilated. Would it be better to fill the cavity with bead and then instal the external system?

I have got very good price for the system but would like to make sure that I am not wasting money

Yes, it would be better to pump the cavity and then install the EWI.

its debatable anyway as to whether the cavity will ventilate away if it wasnt filled, but to be on the safe side pump it.
