External Audits of Management Accounts

Hi,
quick question.
Do property Management Accounts that have to be lodged with the Companies Registration Office have to be audited by an "Independent" Auditor?
Many Thanks in advance.
 
Management companies, must subject their financial statements to audit by a person qualified to do so in accordance with the Companies Acts. Further info available here:
