Extension

A friend of mine was asking me about potential extension works he was thinking about in the coming year.

He has a three bed with garage. He wants to convert the garage and push out d kitchen and build another floor on top. Basically push add another half to the house.

Any idea in the costs involved?

I know someone who is extending at the moment, sounds like practically the same. Converting Garage, extending back about 8 ft and adding the room above. I think they have been quoted 80k for everything.
This is in Munster.

Yeah that sound identical. Probably 90-100k in Dublin
