We bought a house last year and have noticed that the neighbour has a fairly recent kitchen extension and that they have two vents facing into our garden. What would happen when we want to extend, as our extension would block off these vents. Did they break any rules by doing this and would we have to leave a gap in between the two houses if we extend out.
