Extension prices Cork

Cork county area, hoping to add on a downstairs extension consisting of a average size utility/boot room, and a shower/toilet room. Not anything big, but I dont have measurements either yet! Just wondering on an average price for something like this to be done? I don't have a real idea of cost.

Somewhere between € 1,500 and € 4,000 per sq m

I'm just finishing a 40sq m extension, cost for build only, prior to any furnishings, was €145,000, plus a couple of grand for 'opportunities' that have cropped up during the build.
