We have a flat roofed extension over the garage which will soon require new felting, but I am wondering about the idea of extending the tiled (hipped) roof
rather than another felt job as a more permanent solution. The flat roof runs from front of house to back. I wonder has anyone any recent experience of such a job in relation to cost, possible snags ect. I realise that planning permission will be required.
