Experience of/with Tour America travel operator?

hi all,

Does anyone have any experience dealing with the travel provider Tour America?

I've been trying to get through to them on the telephone to ask about a booking, and keep being put on hold etc.

Are they deemed as reliable or should I be wary?

Bluebean, I have used them a couple of times in the past and had no problem, with either the travel nor the customer-service levels. Just my experience.
