I have used expedia to book a business trip to France for 10 colleagues but despite frequent requests/complaints to their "customer care" dept they have refused to send me copies of my booking details.The rates charged by the 5 star hotel differed from those advised by telephone. After referring me to their on line data base for this info (which does not work) they have not responded to my e mailed complaints. Unbelievably they have blocked my e mail address so that they will no longer accept correspondence. None of their web sites gives an actual postal address or location. Does anyone have this ?
