Exit Penalty on ARF

Hypothetical question.

If I have an exit penalty in a Zurich ARF contract and I die in year 2,
My wife takes ownership of ARF (no issues regarding will) on my death,
Transfers ARF into her own name (remaining with Zurich).

Would the contracted exit penalty be activated ?

No. Exit penalties are not triggered on death.
