executive or corporate let

I have a property which is suitable for the corporate or executive let market in a scenic location in the West. Can anyone recommend an agent (national or international) that would market this? I am only prepared to let this on a long term basis and am not interested in holiday lets.

I'm in the West also. Have you tried any of the larger letting agents or tried a mail shot to the HR departments of the larger companies ?
 
have had local agent who has contacts in Dublin and London but would like US exposure also. Hard to get away from the holiday let market and specifically into the corporate/executive stuff. HR depts sounds a good idea, thanks.
 
Is the property in Galway - is so the bigger agents are quite good although if you aren't they have this thing of looking after their own first. Not sure if you have noticed that there are quite a few good large apartments for sale at the mo. Saying that you will always get a rental but tghe rates betweeen the West and Dublin are miles apart.
 
Jeepers. Not what I would call a hub for professionals. Saying that you could get Artists, Authors or businessmen from Castlebar / Westport, although there are so many new good developments in the towns its a hard job. Try the HR depts of the multi nationals and I think you will be successful or in fact try for an older couple / person that is returning home from the US / UK or from Dublin.
 
fair point on it not being a hub and as a holiday let it would do very well due to fishing etc but the amount of work involved would be prohibitive, not to mention the probability of it being wrecked by one bad group of tenants.
