Blow my socks off have cracked a deal for a very nice well presented 3 bed semi in beaumont in its most quiet and settled part,it has been rewired with new windows thats 50k off the asking price.these babaies were selling for 565k last year, is this the start of a slide of is it now stabilising.
Had to have a reality check when the agent said accepted. I know the area and neighbours, cant get over the drop.
What to do do you wait for the two interest rates to hit again ?? or are we now at the base of the fall (in dublin that is)
