i dont really know where to start my ex partner has lived in a house with a joint mortgage for the past 3 years and for those past 3 yrs he has only paid 2 payments i have only found out on fri all this . i have never lived in the house but yet because im on the mortage i am going to be brought to court over it .. now if i xome how can try take over the payments and sort out a deal wit morg company is there anyway i can get im out of the house so i can take it off him i really need advice on this and would be very greatfull any help any 1 can give me im new to this so if ive left anything out just let me know thanks every 1
