If you install fear then they are more inclined to behave.

Every business should be one or have one....hope not next door to them if the picture is an example of what happens when you are on the same block

There is a shop locally that I go to occasionally and they have some signs up that say things along the lines of:

"If you are caught shoplifting we will not call the guards, Deco* will take you out the back and deal with you"
