Just researching a few patents on both the EU Patents website & the US Patents website & have encountered the following problems.
1. http://www.espacenet.com
When I do a search on the above website, the search works fine, but it shows up the results in lets say in a screen page 5 times smaller then what it should be. ie. the text is very small, while the rest of the screen is blank. Has anyone encountered this problem before. If I hit the back button the page returns to full screen size.
2. http://www.uspto.gov/
When I carry out a search on this website & look for the original document or images, it says 'No plug-in available to display this content'. I have tried to download the software to view the images, but for some reason it still does not work.
