Does anybody know where I would get information on European Sales VAT tax EU826000301. Is there some EU tax body collecting this 21 % tax? Who gets it? Thanks.

Are you sure that this is for real? that mention EU826000301 seem to be slightly dodgy looking (e.g. MLM/pyramid scheme/network marketing sites).

Yep, for real, just got charged 8.39 on a 39.95 online purchase, which works out at 21%.
