The above link basically explains how to use your European Health Insurance Card when you go abroad. In particular - if you are travelling to Spain, be aware that some people have experienced difficulties with using their Cards. (Often, you can be sent to private doctors/hospitals). Always remember when using your Card that it only covers care from Public doctors and in Public Hospitals.
