Europcar Car Hire Spain No explanation/breakdown of charges after damage

Hi,
I rented a hire car from Europcar in Spain a few weeks back. I had a puncture and made a very tiny scratch to the back of the car. Since then they have charged me 150 euros which to me was excessive. I have no explanation as to what they did. Do I have any come back?
How does this usually work?

Usually if you took out the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) then you would not be liable for any charges.
