Considering changing a 2010 fiesta, was looking at sandero stepway, maybe 2020 or 2021.Mainly for city driving, 10k per year max.I note that the Dacias score poorly on NCAP safety tests.Would car experts here take that into consideration when buying? Thanks in advance for any insights.

Why not electric

Why not dual-fuel, petrol & LPG? Two models available with this option Approx 1,400 kms between filling both tanks & emplty, plus 40% lower fuel costs (according to ads) available on two Models Sandero & Duster. So what if it's a Romanian Renault, Renault are now rebranding as DSAutomobiles.

The choice of fuel/drive type has no bearing on the question about NCAP results.

Thanks ClubMan and all for replies, might hang onto fiesta but find it's getting very sluggish on take off at junctions, traffic lights etc. Bit worried for other family members who drive it. Serviced regularly. Dacia Sandero or Stepway are tempting at price for 2nd hand, 10 to 15k would get 2020 to 2023. Would hope for years of trouble free driving for low enough outlay.
