Hi, I got a parking fine in a supermarket car park from Euro Car Parks today. I'm wondering if this company has the legal wherewithall to obtain my details from my car registration in order to chase payment.
They define themselves as car park managements specialists so i would presume (i may be wrong), issueing tickets and following up is part of the management
I believe they now pass the fines on to another company who has the wherewithall to collect it from you. Previously they never chased you for a fine but would clamp you in a car park if you had a lot owing
