Euro Break-Up & Irish Life Global Cash Fund or Similar

Any view on shifting 30-40K from Irish deposit account to Irish Life Global Cash Fund. Whilst it is not guaranteed, it hold deposits in 12 or more highly rated banks in about 8 countries, most outside eurozone. Not sure if they are offshore euro accounts or local currency accounts, but concentrated in canada, australia and nordic countries especially. Are their better products from other investment companiesThis may be a safer alternative to opening foreign currency accounts abroad?
