Eucalyptus Trees

We have just taken down a very tall eucalyptus tree in our garden-can anybody advise on how to kill the stump and root system that remains. No Koala jokes please!!!

G'Day fluffy (sorry, couldn't resist that).....

I cut down one at the end of last year, beautiful tree but just too big. Anyway, I cut it down to about 12 inches, sawed vertically into the stump, applied 'Root Out', covered it with a plastic bag and an elastic band to keep it in place. About 3 months later I was able to dig up the stump/roots without much hassle !
