Etihad Business Class Lounges.

I will be flying business class with Etihad to Hong Kong via Abu Dhabi. I see that they have a few business class lounges in Abu Dhabi. Any recommendations for which one to use?

Also has anyone used their Lounge in Hong Kong airport?
