Estate not conveyed/handed over are mgt fees applicable

Hi all I bought a house in a small development of 40 houses in 2008, there was mgt fees attached with the sale of the house which I have no problem with but what I have issue with is that the land still has not yet been conveyed over as the estate is still unfinished do I legally have to pay fees on lands not conveyed .

There are still services that need to be paid for, road maintenance, water mains, common area insurance...you should get a copy of the accounts with a fee invoice so you can see what fees are being used for

What did the contract you signed state? I'm guessing that as standard, you agreed to pay these charges. I also doubt the contract made any allowance for non-payment prior to hand-over of the development.
