There was a bit of noise about these on the Last Word about a month ago - basically how developers were charging for land upkeep in the interim that would later be done by the County Council.
TD's and councillors were called, there was some talk about the borderline illegality (?) of it and whether it was a stealth tax etc.
I've heard nothing in the interim and the envelope just came back in the letterbox with a timely reminder...
Has anybody else heard stuff since?
