Hi All -

I bought a house a year ago and the images of said house are very present on Google, including a youtube walkthrough. I've asked the estate agency on several occasions to take them down. What legal rights do I have to force them down? I don't particularly like the idea that my bathroom is being paraded around on Youtube, it's hard to describe but it's in the area of privacy. I feel somewhat exposed.
 
You have no rights at all.

Write polite letters to the estate agent asking them to take it down. If this doesn't happen tell them you will write to their representative body.

But there is nothing legally you can do to force it, all you can do is convince the estate agent.
 

post purchase - photos online

Hello everyone, I have purchased a property and the photos and advert are still on the agent's website and Myhome.ie. If I ask for them to be removed (I don't like that anyone can see inside my new home) do they have any grounds to refuse my request? Thanks in advance!!
