My esp warning light is coming on and following a diagnostic at a main dealer it was reported that: Fault with brake switch at pedal, requires new unit and wiring loom.
The girl on the service desk said " That switch alone is €650" I don't know whether she was correct or including labour, VAT etc.
I'm wondering if anyone knows if this price is accurate or whether I could get it done cheaper. The reason I ask is they quoted me well over the odds for other work which I had done elsewhere for nearly half the price. The other works were mechanical where as this is autoelectrical and I presume the part would have to come from peugeot themselves.
Anyone any experience or knowledge of this?
