I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has rented a house/large apartment/villa for a stay of up to 3 months or so.
I am thinking of places like Spain, USA, France, Italy to overwinter. Maybe even the Southern hemisphere. Ideally I would like a small villa with swimming pool, close to a town, close to Internet connection, relatively cheap but good quality. I am familiar with various websites etc but I would like to hear some first hand recommendations. I need some heat not necessarily sun. Anyone with such a place to rent or have a colleague who has place to rent ?
