The meter on my house (which I'm in a few months) doesn't appear to be turning and my bills are reflecting this (0 units used). There are no magnets attached to the meter!
Hands up who would report this? I suppose a written letter to ESB customer supply is the way forward I had a significant wait waiting for the supply to be reconnected to the house - I wonder if they'll be as slow to fix this
