Hi Folks,

Thanks in advance for any opinions / experiences.

Whilst I appreciate I may be clutching at straws, I noticed last night that my original letter of offer and mortgage are actually for a different number house in my estate. Do this matter at all? or does it give me any description of additional weight when talking to my bank?

In addition, when I took out my Mortgage the bank we selling this whole "3 months off the repayments" - whole sale - I'm now thinking of taking the 3 month break but my bank manager tells me there's a whole pile of paperwork involved ... can anyone share their experiences with this?

Thanks a million for your help.

You suggest that you think that this typo gives you some leverage in negotiations with the bank, but you have not explained what situation you arre in or what negotiations you are in.

Are you trying to suggest that it somehow invalidates the mortgage agreement ?

what does the actual mortgage agreement say, the letter is no value at this stage...
