Error 403 Access denied - Problem with NTL broadband

Hi guys,

My mother in law got NTL broadband installed the other day. It worked fine to begin with, but every time the computer was restarted, access to the web was diminishing, so in the end, even the homepage displayed the comes up with the message 403 forbidden Access Denied By Access Control List.

Does anyone know a cure (for the unexperienced) for this?

Call Customer Service 1800 321321. The Broadband team are generally ok (unlike some of the other areas). Mine stopped working once and it turned out to be because they switched off the access for my modem by mistake when turning off people who hadn't paid their bill!!
