epson printer

have a epson d88 printer which didnt use for a long time
installed new ink [epson] printer worked once and not any more just makes noise and then two red lights start flashing inks are stuck to the one side so cant take out any help wellcome

I have an epson s20, if you go into start? Printers & Faxes>double click on your printer d88 and check the menu options and in there, there should be an option to reset the printer heads so that you can gain access.
