I have been on short term enterprise allowance for the past 6months. It's due to finish on 25thFeb. The business i set up is not doing great so i really need the extra income i have been getting from the state. I was sure i was going to lose that on 25th but i got a reminder notice in the post yesterday telling me to sign on for jobseekers benefit on the 26th of Feb. What's that all about?
Also, i filled out forms to register with the tax office when i was applying for the enterprise allowance and everything was given in to the Partnership office. But i have never had any communication from the tax office to say i am registered.
