just looking for some opinions here just finished a degree in manufacturing eng. (ordinary level) by night i dont have work placement expierence as this facility was'nt really available for night courses. I hope to work in manufacturing/mechanical deign, have cad, solid edge, solid works, im not in employment at present so plan to approach some companies for (unpaid) work, have tried some advertised jobs but any grad with a workplacement exp. would be in a better position.
im 36 have mgt supervisory exp. in retail and food manufacturing.
So whats best way to approach this call in personally with cv or email?
How would companies view this?
will companies look more favourably on younger graduates?
