Engine Oil for Flexi Fuel Petrol Car- Volvo

Anyone know anything about engine oild for above? Is it just the regular petrol engine oil?
 
use 5w/30 oil. ya cant go wrong as it does all and any engine

On what basis can you make that statement?

Manufacturers specify different lubricants for petrol vs. diesel engines and for normally aspirated vs. forced induction engines.

Are you suggesting we ignore these specifications?
