I IsleOfMan Registered User Messages 938 28 Jan 2016 #1 Just be careful if you are switching to Energia. They currently have an advertising promotion showing the words CHEEP PUR on TV and online. Bonkers.ie refer to the Energia CHEEP 260 electricity product on their webpage. Also Switcher.ie However in order to get this low cost promotion, you have to type in the words CHEAP260 and not CHEEP260. If you don't type in the promo code correctly you are put on their SmartChoice electricity plan that is more expensive. So even though it is called CHEEP260. The promo code that you have to use is CHEAP260. Is this done deliberately? https://switcher.ie/gas-electricity/comparison/results/ http://www.bonkers.ie/compare-gas-electricity-prices/your-results/ https://www.energia.ie/home Last edited: 28 Jan 2016

There isn't a single reference to CHEEP260 or the current CHEEP392 on the entire Energia site. Comparison sites getting caught up with the TV ad perhaps?
