Hi Folks,
I am the attorney for my mother on her EPA. The notice parties have received a letter to say that my mother has set up an EPA, but as yet I have not received any documentation. Should I, as the attorney, receive something from the solicitor, so that, if the time comes, I can apply easily to the Ward of Courts?

Many Thanks
Wollran

If the time comes for you to register the EPOA, contact the Solicitor who drew it up and they will submit the required documents.

Edit to add: there's a defined, timed, process for this. The notice parties have so many days (21 or 28, don't recall exactly) to object & then some more paperwork will come your way.

If you are the appointed attorney, I would have thought the Solicitor would have met with you to explain your obligations.
