As per the thread title, what happens if one notice party or both notice parties die before an EPOA (pre 2023) is registered? I have looked online and can find nothing about this scenario. Is the EPOA still registerable or is it invalid? Thanks for any information.

It is still registrable- the multitudinous application papers will reference the death of the notice party(ies)
with substitute notice parties who should preferably be close family members.
