Maybe someone can help me. I bought a new car in May 08 with a finance agreement. I since lost my job but have been lucky enough to get another one but at a much reduced salary. I am now struggling to make the repayments on the car and really need to get rid of this car and the debt associated with it.
The finance agreement is over 5 years with a payment of 6000euro at the end.
I haven't approached the finance company about this yet as I need to see what options I have first, if any. I don't think I would be able to borrow enough if anything, to clear the loan because of my reduced salary now.
Has anyone got any advice?
