I switched my PPR mortgage to Finance Ireland in the middle of last year (2020). With my previous bank (BoI), I used to get a statement from them every January showing the payments that I made, as well as the balance outstanding. I haven't received any statement from Finance Ireland yet though. As my mortgage isn't with them a full year yet, should I expect to get this just after the first year?
