End-of-tenancy handover form

Hi there,

Does anyone have a template for an end-of-tenancy handover handover form? Specifically tailored to making sure keys have been handed over, no damages in the flat, end of tenancy clean has been completed, etc. to make sure there are no disputes over the return of the deposit.

However, perhaps there is something specifically tailored to Ireland.

Are you a tenant or landlord? Just get the tenant to sign they have received the deposit back if that's what you are worrying about.
