Hi All - Any help would be appreciated.
A friend of mine has ended up in a dispute at work after not agreeing to a change in T&C on his contact of employment.
Since this his employers have started to change his working hours for the first time in years (earlys to lates that kind of thing).
His employers have been rude to him in front of other staff and recently he was told he was only needed for 2 days next week (with 1 working days notice) instead of the usual 5 days.
He has a full time, permanent contact. As he didnt have this in writing he turned up for work on the day he was told he wasnt needed as he usually would. He was ordered off the premises.
Does his employer have a right to do this.
