If you got a tax refund due to unemployment via a P50 (and thus no longer have the appropriate P45 parts at hand) whats the proper action to take if your starting a new employment (assuming same tax year)?
Get the new employers "employers registered number". Also have your PPS number to hand and the date of commencement of new employment. Ring the Revenue helpline appropriate to your area. ( www.revenue.ie contact locator, put in your pps number and it will give you the phone number ) Give them the details of the new employer and they will set you up.
