Hi
For the last few weeks I have employed a relief worker for 2 to 3 hours per day four days a week. This looks like it might be on going for a few weeks. Can I just give her a letter advising that she must look after her onw taxes as it is just max 8 hours per week and not every week.
What is the correct way to set this up.

If you are the employer, you must operate the normal PAYE system.
