employers are now very reluctant to take people on for work experience.

Hi,
I am very aware of the state of the job situation in Ireland at the moment, employment is high and jobs are scarce.

What I find very interesting is that employers are now very reluctant to take people on for work experience.

I have been trying for months now without success and find it soul destroying to say the least.

Any one out there any suggestions as to what I can do

What terms are you looking for ? e.g. pay, length or work experience etc

Hi,

I'm looking for something in the administration/reception/ office sector if possible. I'm not looking for payment and am willing to work on a fulltime basis for a couple of weeks.

There a plentry of organisations who would love to have somemone help them with their office / admin work.

It's also worth looking at activelink.ie go to the community exchange section and then to the volunteers section.
