Can someone provide a definitive answer on whether or not Employer contributions to Personal Pension Plans are allowed. I have read conflicting reports on this issue. If they are allowed what is the process?

Many thanks

No they are not allowed. Personal pension contributions are Retirement Annuity Contracts - the tax relief is personal. Any Company contribution would be a corporate contribution and therefore be deemed corporate (Occupational) pensions
