Hi I've just been told my employer is liquidating the company tomorrow but we will continue trading under a new name . We will be given our p45,s but reinstated immediately,they also claimed that our years of service would not be lost when it comes to redundancy ,I've been there 6 years . Also that our terms of employment would stand the same although we will continue to be on protective notice . Is this information all true .thanks
