Employee and Director LTD Company returns

Hi,
I am an employee and director of my own Ltd company. I pay my monthly PAYE and PRSI, but as I have been a company director for the year 2007 I need to make an annual return.
Can you tell me what form I need to fill or can I do this using my account on the ROS website.
 
Yuo need to fill in a Form 11 for your personal tax.

You need to complete an Annual Return (B1) to the CRO together with a copy of your Ltd Company Accounts - your Annual Return Date will depend on your company year end date. Check with your Company Secretary regarding this.

Your company needs to file a CT1 form, again depending on your company year end date.

Do you have a tax advisor or accountant to do these for you?

If you have had a limited company in place since the start of 2007 and haven't yet filed a CRO annual return, you need to do so urgently, as you will be facing significant penalties. :eek: See www.cro.ie
 
Domo, Ubiquitous thanks for your quick reply.

I have an accountant and they have taken care of the company returns, but they want to charge me extra for the return as company director, so I thought I could do this myself.

I have paid PAYE monthly as I am an employee of my company but they told me I must file a return as I am a company director as well.

Can I perform this online using my ROS account?
